NARRATIVE
REPORT ON EARLY ENROLMENT

2012-2013
Early
Enrolment held last January 28, 2012 at Balderas Elementary School , the
Multigrade School with its Theme: “ Makapag –aral ay Karapatan
Mo, Magpalista Ngayong Enero ”. It has been
started at 8: a.m. in the morning and it
ended at 5:00 p.m. with the following
teachers who served during the enrolment : Janice V. Egagamao for Kindergarten , Miss Cynthia O. Asense for Grade I and ages 6-8 ,and Mrs. Paciencia P. Delos Santos for ages
8-11.
The
anticipated activities for early enrolment of which
generally aims to achieve the Millenium Development Goals ( MDGs) and the objectives
of Education For
All ( EFA
) would be contributed so much in the
preparation for the allocation of budget with the intention in providing the school who were in needs like; the classroom
buildings and school facilities and these should be given an attention to their priorities. Our school is in need of classroom buildings
to accommodate Kindergarten class as
well as to attract more enrollees.
The
process during the enrolment had been done smoothly and only few parents who
had been enrolled their kindergarten child.
There were some parents from elementary level had not come to school for
enrolment due to some reasons of which their son/daughter is under observation
for their academic performance until first week of March ‘ 2012. The given terms
and conditions had been agreed between the parents and the teachers themselves.
At
the end of the day, we had our enrolment including Kindergarten a total of 68.
This includes 35 for Males and 23 for
Females. Required ages that needs to enroll from 6-8 and 9-11 had been
entertained and beyond the ages also that
existed were 12 years old to 16 years old .All of them were in the elementary
level only. There were no enrollees from the Out -of - School Youth.
All
of which the programs that had been implemented from the Department of
Education were all faithfully abide and exercised. Accommodating and abiding such
programs will lead into the fulfillment and achievement of the EFA goals 2015.
